Carrier transit time is additional. Available shipping services, estimated transit times, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout when available.
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request an address change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order has been shipped.
DELAYS, MISSING PACKAGES, AND DELIVERY ISSUES
If your shipment is delayed, missing, incorrectly delivered, or returned as undeliverable, please contact us with your order details and any available tracking information.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the carrier to investigate. Available remedies will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR UNSAFE PRODUCTS

Please provide your order information and, where safe and reasonably available, photos showing the issue.
After verification, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
Do not feed any product that appears damaged, spoiled, recalled, or potentially unsafe. Follow all storage and use instructions on the product label. Do not return potentially unsafe food unless we provide return and safe-handling instructions.
